Wexford

I have had to make some canges with my trip. Some of you may have seen the map, (you can look at the change from my later post or here at this link.. http://www.travellerspoint.com/member_map.cfm#/tripid/253341), I had to skip cork because of some family issues. I am not happy with it, but my family comes first. So, without any more waite, here is Wexford. Why can't I ever keep my grass this green? County_Wex..cape_1_.jpg Do they even try? It is not fair that they can keep this whole place rich and green. And, I can't even manage to keep a small "pach" of grass green. Also, It has been discovered that almost if not all the places that I have been to has had something to do with the Viking's. I would give you information about this but I feel that my posts are getting "dry". If this is the case than i'm sorry. But, as for Wexford, what can I say, it is everything and more than I could imagine. Infact, all Ireland has been nothing but beautiful. large_Selskar_Ab..land_1_.jpg To all the readers that have been reading this, This is where my last entry falls.

Limerick

i don't know why, but something told me to take a plain ride into Limerick. I'm glad that I did. The view was amazing, absolutly breath taking.limerick_c..hoto_1_.jpg How can someone not love this place? Or, at least never forget this place. Ever since I started this trip I have wanted to know about every place that I have been to, and I have discovered that in 922 A.D. the Vikings discovered this place only to get overthrown in 968 A.D. It wasn't untill 969 A.D. that the Vikings took it back. Eversince than, it has become part of this culture that every one seems to love so much. Thomand_pa..ight_1_.jpg I love this place so much. I know it has been a long time since I have written anything on my blog, it is because i am back home with my family and friends.

Galway

01_galway.jpglarge_Kylemore-A..024x768.jpg2736_7.jpg... Do I need to say anything more! This place is growing so fast and yet it is not the biggest place in Ireland. I would love to live here. large_Kylemore-A..024x768.jpg A big place all to myself and no one to tell me what to do and when to do it. The weather here is so moist and cool that it keeps everything green. We can thank the prevailing winds for this. Galway is know as the Bilingual Capital of Ireland. This is because people also speak Irish here.

Belfast

Today I am going into Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland, even though it is on the same island Northern Ireland is part of the U.K. This place is one of some that paid a big role in the Industrial Revolution. Belfast has a total population of 641,638. For the longest time their has been a conflict between the Protestant’s and the Roman Catholic’s. belfast_aerial.jpegThis is such a beautiful site and it is near breath-taking to see. I enjoy my stay here. the sites that you can see here just simply blow the mind. To think that this is my history this is where my family came from, just makes me feel at home. I don’t know if it is the people, the environment, or the culture or both, but it just makes it feel like home like this is where I need to be.
